Marinos | Petroulias & partners is a boutique Law firm that offers highly specialized legal services with a strong focus, among other commercial and business law matters, on public procurement, concessions and PPPs and state aid law. As our business is currently expanding, we are seeking for a self-motivated and ambitious Associate Lawyer with a genuine interest in law in the field of Public Procurement and PPPs, to join our team.
To be considered for the role, you must be qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece with more than 3 years of experience in Public Procurement Law practice. Knowledge and/or experience in the field of concession contracts and/or PPPs will be considered an advantage.
The Associate Lawyer candidate must have the experience and ability to:
• Be a part of the leading team supporting clients of both the public and private sector in public procurement law matters
• Draft, review, and advise on tender documents and relevant legal requirements
• Draft non-judicial and judicial review briefs as necessary
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on relevant contractual documents, including concession and PPP contracts
For above role the following skills and competencies are required:
Master of Laws (LL.M) from a prominent university abroad or in Greece
Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
Impeccable work ethics
Attention to detail
Team oriented, with strong communication skills
Thinking outside the box
